Header file for the class TypeIIRMLVelocity.

The class TypeIIRMLVelocity contains a derivative of the velocity-based On-Line Trajectory Generation algorithm of the Reflexxes Motion Libraries. The class provides its interface by the the class ReflexxesAPI.
